Training Overview
Week 1 -
The first week is designed to prepare your computer to handle the technology used at Gold Medal Waters. We will first help to ensure that your computer is properly protected against oustide intrusions. We will then walk you through some of the important programs frequently used by our advisors. After this has been accomplished we will then brush up on important financial terms and concepts. Basic knowledge of these concepts will ensure successful conversations when you begin discussing the prospect of financial planning with contacts.
Week 2 -
The objective of week 2 is to provide a knowledge base in an effort to efficiently use the programs designed to maintain client relationships. We will begin with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software called Redtail CRM. Thorough knowledge of this program will ensure a consistenly high level of customer service as well provide many time saving functions. We will then proceed onward by providing an overview of the other services we use including: AdvisorCHANNEL, Money Guide Pro, Dimensional Funds Advisory, and the Paladin Registry.
Week 3 -
In the third week we will complete the training with Money Guide Pro. You will read Storyselling and the Little Red Book of Sales this week. The main objective of this week is to define what Story Selling is and help you to understand why it is an essential technique for converting leads into clients.
Week 4 -
This is the week where we put together everything we have learned. Each day we will walk you through the most important steps of converting a lead into a client. The most important part of this aspect of the training is to be sure that you completely understand each bullet point. If you are struggling or unable to figure out what is meant by a bullet point please go back to the applicable section of training to refresh. We wil l show you how the specific programs and ideas you have learned about are specifically used to help efficiently run our firm.
